Shawna Kunselman, MS, CNS, LDN is a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN)(FL.) She holds a Master of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Additionally, she has been trained as a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (Nutrition) and Licensed Massage Therapist.
Shawna specializes in functional medicine nutrition, focusing on pediatric nutrition, metabolic disorders, digestive health, and gut-brain axis health. As the founder of Wellness Speaks, LLC, she offers one-on-one consultations, leads wellness groups, and teaches nutrition-focused classes. With a strong background in psychology and behavioral therapies, she also serves as an adjunct nutrition instructor at John Patrick University, teaching Clinical Healthcare Nutrition and Nutrition for Oncology.
Her passion lies in educating others about the root causes of disease and empowering individuals to achieve optimal wellness through personalized care. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys yoga, working out, paddleboarding, kayaking, and promoting holistic approaches to health.
